We have appointed a competent and reliable external data protection officer. The external data protection mandate is handled by UIMC Dr. Voßbein GmbH & Co KG.

In the following we would like to inform you about the processing of personal data.

Collection and Processing Personal Data

You can use our online offer without disclosing your identity. Should we request personal data (such as name, address or e-mail address) on our website, e.g. within the scope of contact forms or during registration, then this is done on a voluntary basis. We use this information for our own business purposes (such as sending the requested materials/information).

If you have any questions, we offer you the opportunity to contact us using the form provided on our website. The data marked as mandatory information is required in order to be able to assign and respond to the inquiry. Further information can be provided voluntarily. The data will be processed for the purpose of contacting us in accordance with Article 6 Paragraph 1 Sentence 1 lit. a of the EU General Data Protection Regulation [GDPR] based on your voluntary consent.

The personal data collected by us for using the contact form will be automatically deleted after your request has been processed and after expiration of fiscal and commercial data retention obligations.

You can revoke your consent once given – for example for the purpose of sending a newsletter or other interesting information from our company – at any time without giving reasons with effect for the future. You can use the aforementioned contact form or any other means specified in the newsletter for this purpose.

As a rule disclosure to third parties for commercial or non-commercial purposes shall not take place without your express consent. We only pass on your personal data to third parties if this is legally permissible (e.g. on the basis of Article 6 GDPR) and/or required. In some cases we use service providers for the legally prescribed order processing of data; for example, the website is hosted by QITS GmbH and maintained by pixolith GmbH & Co. KG. We retain full responsibility for data processing. Furthermore, we use plugins from other providers on our website; more details can be found below.

We would like to point out that we may also pass on your personal data to other companies within our network for the above-mentioned purposes. [see “About Us”]. The data transfer takes place on the basis of a justified interest in order to be able to offer you a comprehensive range of our services. These are also companies outside the EU/EEA. We ensure an adequate level of data protection.

Liability for Our Own Contents

Right of Rectification, Art. 16 GDPR
You have the right to request the correction of your stored data if it is incorrect or incomplete. This includes the right to completion by supplementary declarations or notifications.

Right to Erasure, Art. 17 GDPR
You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data. This is possible, for example, if the data is no longer required for the purposes for which it was collected or if the data is to be deleted due to statutory obligations. However, this right may be excluded in individual cases.

Right to Restriction of Processing, Art. 18 GDPR

Right to Object, Art. 21 GDPR

Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. e), f) GDPR). Right to Lodge a Complaint with a Supervisory Authority, Art. 77 GDPR
You have the right to contact the competent supervisory authority of the Union or the Member States at any time for any violations of data protection regulations.

Changes to Our Data Protection Regulations

We reserve the right to occasionally adapt this data protection declaration so that it always complies with current legal requirements or in order to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services. The new data protection declaration shall then apply to your renewed visit.
