Hello, everyone! I'm William Paul Waide, but you can call me Waide. Currently residing in the picturesque town of Herrieden, Germany, my life has been a dynamic journey filled with diverse experiences.
My professional path led me through the ranks of the U.S. Army, where I served as a Medic. Deployments to Iraq and Africa with the Special Operations Group shaped my understanding of service and commitment. In the later stages of my military career, I transitioned into hospital management, overseeing operations across three clinics.
Stepping into the civilian sector, I took on a significant role, managing the nationwide organization for medical records collection in Germany. This shift allowed me to apply my skills in a new context while contributing to the broader healthcare landscape.
On the personal front, I am happily married with three amazing boys who bring constant joy and adventure into my life.
Adding another layer to my post-military endeavors, I've taken on the role of Offensive Coordinator for the Neustadt Falcons American Football team. Bringing strategy from the battlefield to the football field, I'm passionate about leading the team to success.
